Inserts for my new Faudori I'm working on.

Kathy Orta has a tutorial on how to make this unit on her YT channel. She makes hers a lot bigger, so you can store photos in it. Mine is only 6x4 inches to fit in my Fauxdori. The front has a side pocket.

This is the journal card I added to the front pocket.

I added a pocket to the inside of the first layer. On the right you have 2 individual pockets.

On the backside of these 2 flip pockets, I decided to make a double pocket insert.

These are the inserts.

On the bottom flip pocket I added a clear pocket.

For the background I used some scraps and I sewed around it.

This is my tag for this pocket. An old business stamp from my Mom.

On the opposite side, we have another side pocket.

This is a zentangle tag I made, that fits perfect in there.

This is the front of a fold out envelope. I got the idea from Eva at Bohamian Crafting.

You can add a tag in the front part.

Or you can insert things on the inside, since the side is open.

Here you can see it better. And then you just fold it back up.

On the other side you have 3 small pockets. I made these tiny inserts with coffee stained paper. Then I just typed the words on them.

I haven't got any inserts for the back pockets yet.

This is the back page. I added a hinge to it, that made it possible for me to put in my book. I made a cover you just slide over the page, that gives you another pocket in the front.

My inserts.

On the back you will also have another pocket and a flip up with a tracing paper pockert. I like to fold over the pocket so I can add some goodies inside it. I just used old book pages to make that cover and sewed all around it.

This took me a bit, to get all the measurements right to fit my base. But it was well worth it.
