You can find the tutorial for these bags at: American Patchwork & Quilting. These are so easy to put together. Each bag has a lining. In the instructions they used ribbon for the handle. I decided to make mine out of fabric. Take a 1 1/2 x 7 inches. Fold it in half, then fold each half to the center and fold together and press. Then sew down each side.
I made name tags for 4 of the bags.
I'm using my bags for candy. But you could also use it for ephemera and other things.
I used a lot of fabric scraps I had.
I hope you give these a try. It would be cool to make some Halloween bags. Just a little something for someone.
