Mini Vintage Gift Bucket.

I want to thank Maureen Astrid for the free printables that I used for this project. My bucket is 3 inches tall. I filled mine with tags and journal cards. You could also fill it with candy or whatever you would like to add to it.

I used Maureen's papers for my jar journaling cards.

Faux rust tag I made.

Journal card with a shaker card front. I got the idea from junk journal joy.

It's a see through shaker pocket that has the journal card behind it.

Altered playing cards. Also from junk journal joy. I used glue mixed with water to get the see through effect.

Faux metal rust heart.

I also used Maureen's papers for the handle. For the bottom I used old book pages.

I used Maureen's papers for the side panels.

This was also from a SVG file tutorial. I thought it was a nice change from always using gift bags. Why not use a gift bucket! A few posts back you can see my other buckets I made. These are quite easy to do. If you would like to know how to make them, let me know.

Record Player.

Lori Whitlock has a tutorial, using SVG files, how you can assemble one. I made mine from scratch. Mine measures 4x5 inches and it has 3/4 inch borders.

You have 2 pieces, that are held together by a hinge.

The inside is a insert, that just slides in.

The record and arm are movable. I just drew the arm from scratch and then cut it out.

This was a fun project to make. My first record player just had 1/2 inch sides. My daughter already snatched that one up. HAHA
If you want to make one, just look for tutorials on shadow boxes.

Mini Milk Cartons With Carrier.

The tutorial can be found at Bambidearr.

I just used a branch for my handle.

At the ends I wrapped some twine around it. I made a pocket on each side.

Faux rust heart.

I decided to make separators with some twine.

Vintage Buckets - No dies needed.

Lori Whitlock had a tutorial on how to assemble a bucket using a SVG cutting file. It was quite cute. So I decided to make one, without a die ( except for the round bottom, I used a die).

After I made a "practice bucket", this was my first try. This bucket is 4 inches tall. I decided not to add a liner to this one.

I made a faux rust heart for the front.

For the handle, I just rolled up some coffee dyed paper.

I covered the bottom inside with an old book page.

For this bucket I added the liner. It's 3 inches tall. I stamped on the liner with some grungy stamps.

For this heart I added one layer of UTEE.

Again, the handle is made with coffee dyed paper. The wire I got from some ribbon I had, that has a wire border.

Also used an old book page for the inside bottom.

These are easy and fun to make. Just a little something different if you want to give someone a small gift. Thank you for the inspiration.
